(Technology Park)
Our second location in Karlsruhe is in the Technology Park (TPK) – an area of 30 hectares in the northeast of the fan-shaped city, where more than 70 companies have settled.
The Technology Park is an industrial park with companies from the IT, technology and high-tech sectors. Modern buildings, an extensive infrastructure, sports and leisure facilities and the proximity to other research and educational institutions are central features of the Karlsruhe Technology Park.
Our office space in the ‘Im Vogelsand 4’ building extends over a total of three floors, with a spacious roof terrace on the top floor. The location has both communal workplaces (including noise protection technology, of course) as well as classic individual offices, meeting rooms and places of retreat for telephoning. All workplaces and meeting rooms are technically ‘state of the art’ and fully air-conditioned.
For breaks there is a cozy, fully equipped coffee kitchen with free drinks, and in the warmer months the roof terrace with grill invites you to chill out. There are also relaxation rooms and a children’s office including table football if the childcare doesn’t work and you want to take the child with you. With the nearby S-Bahn stop ‘Sinsheimer Straße’ and the nearby motorway, the technology park is very well connected.
By the way: All our locations (except Stuttgart) have charging stations for electric vehicles (type 2 plug with 32A).
